We advise you to only use licensed companies as there have been stories recently of some problems caused by unlicensed agencies. If you book with them then if there are any problens then you’re on your own. You can verify who is a licensed tour operator by contacting the local authorities (Marszalek wojewodztwa malopolskiego – marshall of malopolska voivodeship – turystyka@uwmw.pl – and asking for their license number
